Diary - June 2, 2007

- Arrived at Heathrow Airport
- Took the Train to Paddington Station. From their changed onto the Tube to Pimlico Station (took about three different lines to get here)
- Walked to our Best Western Hotel just up the street from Pimlico
- Got a Free Sim Chip at Orange Cell (Very cheap)
- Went to London Eye near Waterloo station
- Talk a walk on the "Queens Walk" on the river Thames (near the London Eye). Great view of Big Ben and the Parliament Buildings
- Went to Covenant Gardens near the Theatre district of London
- Went to Trafalger square. Depicts Lord Nelson who faught four major wars (hense the four statues of lions). Lord Nelson died at the battle at Trafalger. Hence the name, Trafalger square.

- Saw the theatre production of Mama-Mia (http://www.mamma-mia.com/). It is a play song only to popular ABBA songs. My mother would have LOVED this production. It is a play about sofie is about to get married. Her mother is a single mother. Twenty-One years ago Sofie's mother had a one night stand with three boys (at different times). Sofie finds out reading an old diary. Sofie invites all three potential fathers to her wedding..... the rest you have to find out.... I don't want to spoil the ending. Johanna and I, and the rest of the crowd, absolutely loved it. We were clapping and singing along to the ABBA tunes.
